Questions
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes — no trial clock, no card, no expiry. One cat, one cat parent, and the whole journal. If that is all you need, keep it forever.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Any time, from Account → Manage billing. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- It stays. Photos beyond the free allowance and extra cats stay visible and exportable — you simply cannot add new ones until you upgrade again.
- Does one subscription cover my partner?
- Yes. Catify+ belongs to you, not to a household — so it unlocks co-parenting for up to 4 people in every household you own. Your partner does not need their own subscription.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe. We never see your card number. You get an emailed receipt for every payment.
